1. Academic Achievement: Aparna S. (ECE) secured the top CGPA of 9.95 in KTU Btech 2024 results.
2. E-Yantra Robotics Competition (eYRC) – 2024
Team: Rahul S Kumar, Vinayak M, Madhav V, Navneeth Nair H The team developed an autonomous Sentinel Drone for object detection and GPS-based tracking, securing AIR 4 in IIT Bombay’s eYRC, a premier national robotics competition.
3. Akshay R.S. received the 2024 IEEE Education Society Student Leadership Award, a prestigious global recognition.
4. Reshma Ramesh (S8 ECE) presented her research paper, "Simulation Study on the Design and Analysis of Minkowski Anti-Island Fractal for Micro-Supercapacitors," co-authored by Ron Varghese Sam, Adithya Sen, Dr. Nelsa Abraham, and Prof. Beena S, at the 2023 IEEE 9th International WIE Conference on ECE (WIECON-ECE) held at Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram.
5. Reshma Ramesh (S8 ECE) presented her research on "Exploring the Utilization of Morton Fractals in Micro-Supercapacitor Design: A Simulation Study" at the International Conference on Advanced Functional Materials and Devices (AFMD-2024), held from February 26-29, 2024, at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tamil Nadu.
6. Reshma Ramesh (S8 ECE) presented her research on wearable textile-based reconfigurable antennas at IEEE Microwave, Antennas, and Propagation Conference (MAPCON) 2024, held from December 9-13, 2024, in Hyderabad.
7. Reshma Ramesh and Anamika A Kamath (S8 ECE) received the IEEE Outstanding Chapter Officers Recognition 2024 from IEEE MTT-S Region 10 (India & Sri Lanka), a prestigious global recognition.
