INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR B. TECH ADMISSION PROCESS - 2024
- 1. Candidates allotted through CEE for joining engineering courses in this institution are advised to follow these instructions/guidelines strictly.
- 2. The date and time for joining engineering courses are scheduled as below:

- 3. Candidates along with one parent member or authorized person only will be allowed inside the campus for the admission process.
- 4. Fees to be paid to the University, PTA, College Bus Facility, Alumni fund, etc. at the time of admission are listed below.

- 5. All students are requested to register your details in the admission portal of GEC Barton Hill using the link: etlab | B.Tech Student Registration 2024
- 1. Data sheet of KEAM 2024
- 2. Allotment memo of this phase
- 3. Certificate to prove date of birth
- 4. Transfer certificate from the institution last attended and conduct certificate
- 5. Original mark list of Higher secondary or equivalent and the pass certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued)
- 6. Migration Certificate, if applicable (Other than HSE/VHSE)
- 7. Receipt of the fee remitted at the Online/ Head post office in Kerala
- 8. Eligibility certificate from any University in Kerala, in the case of candidate who have passed a qualifying examination other than HSE/VHSE conducted by Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE or ICSE board.
- 9. Physical fitness certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII (b) of the prospectus 2024
- 10. Originals of all the documents/certificates uploaded during the online application
- 11. Any other documents required in the allotment as per notification
Lateral Entry B.Tech. Admission 2024-2025
All B.Tech. lateral entry admissions are conducted as per the schedule during 29 - 31, July 2024. Candidates have to report at the help desk in the main block from 9 am.
The original TC from the last attended institute is compulsory to confirm admission to a candidate.
