B.Tech Spot Admission 2026

Candidates with valid KEAM score seeking admission to vacant B.Tech seats are required to report to the College Office for spot admission on 09 September 2026 between 09:00 AM and 12:00 Noon, along with all necessary documents. Candidates reporting after 12 Noon will not be considered for allotment

*Vacancies are expected to change depending on the spot admission status of other engineering colleges. Any vacancies arising after 09th September 2026 will be filled from the Spot admission rank list only

Candidates who cannot attend the allotment process in person due to unavoidable personal exigencies can authorize a representative to attend the allotment process on his/her behalf. Such representatives should submit an authorization letter in the prescribed format. No other format will be acceptable. (Download form for Authorization)

Full Tuition fees of ₹9650/- need to be paid by all candidates taking admission in spot allotment. PTA fee, College Bus, Campus Management software, College Development fund, etc. are also to be paid (around ₹17000/-)

Documents/Certificates to be submitted for verification at the time of Spot admission

I. Candidates admitted to Government, Government Aided or Government Cost Sharing Colleges (CAPE, IHRD, LBS, CCE, SCT, Model Engineering College) and CUSAT Engineering Colleges

  1. Copy of Admission Slip
  2. KEAM Data Sheet
  3. SSLC/10 th Certificate
  4. Plus 2 Mark Sheet
  5. Certificate to prove date of birth in original (SSLC/Birth Certificate/Valid Indian Passport)
  6. Non-Creamy layer Certificate (if admitted category is SEBC/OEC)
  7. EWS Certificate (if admitted category is EWS)
  8. Caste/Community Certificate (if admitted category is SC/ST/Jews)
  9. Migration Certificate (for boards other than HSC/VHSC)
  10. Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued)
  11. Any other certificate of eligibility, if allotment is under any other quotas like CC, PT, XS, SD, DK, RP, JW, SGETC.
  12. II. Candidates admitted to other Colleges/Fresh Admission with valid KEAM Score

    1. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present institution.
    2. Plus 2 Mark Sheet
    3. Data Sheet issued by CEE
    4. SSLC/10th Certificate
    5. Certificate to prove date of birth in original (SSLC/Birth Certificate/Valid Indian Passport)
    6. Proof of Nativity in original (SSLC/Birth Certificate/Valid Indian Passport or any valid document as per KEAM Prospectus 2025)
    7. Non-Creamy layer Certificate (if admitted category is SEBC/OEC)
    8. EWS Certificate (if admitted category is EWS)
    9. Caste/Community Certificate (if admitted category is SC/ST/Jews)
    10. Transfer Certificate (Students without TC will not be permitted to join) (For Fresh Admissions)
    11. Conduct Certificate (For Fresh Admissions)
    12. Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in the prospectus 2026.
    13. Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued)
    14. Any other certificate of eligibility, if allotment is under any other quotas like CC, PT, XS, SD, DK, RP, JW, SGETC.
