INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR B. TECH ADMISSION PROCESS -- 2025

1. Candidates allotted through CEE for joining engineering courses in this institution are advised to follow these instructions/guidelines strictly.
2. The date and time for joining engineering courses are scheduled as below:

3. Candidates along with one parent member or authorized person only will be allowed inside the campus for the admission process.
4. Fees to be paid to the University, PTA, College Bus Facility, Alumni fund, etc. at the time of admission are listed below.

Documents to be produced at the time of admission

1. 1. Certificate to prove date of birth.
2. 2. Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
3. 3. Original mark list of the qualifying examination (Higher Secondary or equivalent*) and the Pass certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued).

*Candidates seeking admission to B.Tech course under KTU, who have passed a qualifying examination from the examination boards recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) need not produce equivalency certificate*.

4. 4. Migration Certificate, if applicable.
5. 5. Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII (a) or XVII (b) of the Prospectus 2025.
6. 6. Receipt of fee remitted.
7. 7. Data sheet of KEAM 2025.

9. 9. Allotment Memo issued by the CEE.
10. 10. Any other documents required in the allotment Memo/Notification.
11. 11. Originals of all the documents and certificates uploaded with the online application.

Note: Fee/balance fee of the course should be paid at the time of admission to the college itself.
